All My WordPress Posts and Pages Disappeared on Graphic Design Blog

I was doing a bit of tweaking to my graphic design blog and for some reason I couldn't edit text from existing Wordpress posts, I would make the text edit and save, but the text would go back to how it was. Then shortly after all my posts and pages disappeared both from the admin section of Wordpress, as well as the front end.

Package Design in Illustrator and Photoshop

For any one who watched my graphic design process video you might also be interested in seeing a speeded up video by another designer creating a piece of packaging design in illustrator and photoshop. I just wish they had also included their sketches and preliminary work too.
