Photoshop has to be one of the hardest of the graphic design programs to get a grip of. I remember thinking I would never understand it when I first started. There are just lots of different ways to accomplish the same thing with photoshop, I know personally I have only scratched the surface of what it is capable of. Jennifer over at Laughing Lion Design has created some video photoshop tutorials which are worth taking a look at to improve your photoshop knowledge.
There are loads of other photoshop tutorials out there if you need them too, take a look at Tutorialized which lists 9082 photoshop tutorials, that should keep you busy for a while
.
Adobe also have their own video tutorials in all their products including photoshop at http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/video_workshop/

Hi Tara
thanks for the mention and the link!
Hehe, I remember when I first started Photoshop. I remember having the hardest time remembering how to select and then move layers. Seems funny to look back on it now that I’ve been using it for about 4 years. But I’m STILL learning new things all the time! And I know there are plenty of tools and functions I still don’t know.
I just dropped by your blog and found this useful link. I am learning Photoshop by myself and search some materials also. Your link will be quite useful for me. Thanks.
I remember back when you only had books to teach you photoshop. The videos look great and they should consider putting them on youtube to draw more attention to their site.
I agree that photoshop is one of the hardest to get a grip of along with quark express in the older versions.. Videos are great because you see how you should do it which will cut down on the mistakes you make.
