I recently signed up for google alerts on “logo design” and nearly everyone of them has been about the Olympic logo. I then received an email from a friend of some spoofs of the Olympic logo which I found quite amusing. Take a look.

There are definitely some designers out there with too much time on their hands

Over at Logo Blog there are also a selection of more logo parodies of many famous brands including the two I have shown here. Visit Logo Blog to see the full collection.

Great find =)
I really am glad I am not the designer of the new Olympic logo.
The Burberry one gets my vote.
Hehe – was just a matter of time! I love the ‘Lympics one.
i think i’ve seen that sh*t logo being sold online on t-shirts and other merchandise. hehe. I do sincerely hope they change the official chosen logo though.
I really love to see these spoofed logos… it makes me laugh whenever i see a shirt with a spoofed corporate logo… i really love this post
Blimey, the 2012 logo looks rubbish!
Love the FedUp that is how I feel some days. Checked out the link to the other logos really creative minds at work there lmao.
Just read that piece the Telegraph ran about it with the interview from the designers. Sounds rather like a case of believing one’s own hype.
HAHAH I love the London Olympics one.
Love the one with FedUp.
What can i say some people really have pretty much free time , i wish i could be one of them
. Fedup is the one i Like , sh*t to simple for me
One might have to look twice to verify the 2012 logo is not, in fact, the original. It is a rather hideous logo.
yes to much time..but rather good..would you not say.You guys are about 2012 we are working on 2010 in SA….Thanks..Good Luck..
I love this alternative Olympic logo. It certainly sum’s up my views of the whole thing.
Surly it would have been better for London if full cost of putting it on was instead spent on new infrastructure for the capital.
