Concept feedback is a site which allows designers to post up their designs to be critiqued by other designers. If you work in a design studio environment it is easy to get feedback from your peers before presenting an idea to a client but if you work freelance it is not always so simple. Concept Feedback could help fill that gap. There are both paid and free options to have your work critiqued. The free option means you also have to give your time to critique other designer’s work.

As a web designer myself, I find it really important for input on layouts etc.. I will try and use this site in the future to see if the comments are similar to my clients feedback. If they are, I can see me using the site all the time.

This is a brilliant idea, i find other designers critique invaluable in the progress of my designs and if i was freelance this would be my biggest stumbling block, so a site like this is brilliant. My only question would be, do you write a small blog on the customers requirements or what you aim to achieve, so the designer critiquing your work has some background information.
This looks awesome, should be a really good for designers, it is so important to get the right feedback for designs!

Perhaps this is a paranoid viewpoint, but I’d be slightly worried about others taking “too much” inspiration from my work. Ultimately, it’ll probably end up in the public domain, but say I was at an early stage of the design, it would be a concern to me.
That said, from a freelance’s perspective, I can see how the benefits of constructive feedback far outweigh that possible risk!
This is a really, really great idea. I think feedback will help improve all designers work. Whether you agree or not with the critique it will help see your work with a different perspective, which is always a good thing.
