Designing for any company is always a tricky task. Usually they have a vision of what they want and try to incorporate their ideas into one of your designs.

Very nice.

I always find difficult to draw sketches before using computer. One of my client also asked to do 12 page A4 brochure for her printing company, she wanted to see rough sketches to choose concept from, but I couldn’t do it, so I quickly mocked up couple of designs in photoshop, which she really liked (I can show you if you want). I always prefer using photoshop, may be my hand drawings are not good.

Sweet! From design concept to end result, the brochure looks great! Just wondering: did your client make you do countless revisions prior to final output? I ask 'cuz I've heard horror stories of clients (of any business, mind you) that didn't necessarily understand/care/respect the design process.

I really enjoyed seeing the process of how your design ideas evolved. That's always fun

Nice work Tara! I like the clean, clear covers; they communicate well. You kept the concept and the elements consistent throughout the campaign which makes it a real solid effort.

I love how your design turned out, Tara! It's very clean and it definitely has the fun your client was looking for.

And what a great compliment from the Managing Director about how successful their mailing campaign was because of you!

Thanks for sharing your creative process! Always interesting to see how other designers think.
